This is what you do as a telephone advisor at Folksam

As a telephone advisor, you will call our existing customers. Through an insurance review, you will map out the customer's unique needs for security and offer customer-specific solutions. We work towards clearly set individual goals where your efforts directly impact your success.

As a new employee, you will receive comprehensive training about Folksam, our entire product range, and needs-based sales techniques. Your work is crucial to our success, and we are here to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed high school education with final grades.
• Has a very good ability to express themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Is comfortable with digital tools and has good computer skills.

We prefer that you have experience in sales with good results. If you have worked with proactive and needs-based sales, that is an advantage. It is beneficial if you have language skills beyond Swedish to meet and provide service to all our customers.

To succeed in the role of telephone advisor, you are a goal-oriented and results-driven person with a strong drive to meet and exceed set goals. You thrive in a dynamic sales environment where the desire to develop combined with personal responsibility is crucial for your success.

You have clear, engaging, and trustworthy communication and the ability to create value for the customer through needs-based sales. Furthermore, you are flexible, see opportunities in change, and have a positive attitude towards new challenges and development.

More about the position

• Location: Landsvägsallén, Sundsvall
• Employment rate: Full-time
• Start of employment: In mid-March.
• Working hours: With us, you have scheduled working hours with alternating weeks of day and evening shifts, as well as two weekend days every 5th week. We work a 31-hour work week.
• Type of employment: Permanent employment starting with a probationary period.
• Salary: Fixed monthly salary
